It sounds like you've returned from a galaxy far, far away and have returned to your home planet of Earth with some new cargo. How exciting that you were able to create a lightsaber from
Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers! You must be a part of the Resistance since this secret location in
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge has been kept hidden from the prying eyes of the First Order. However, I'm so sorry to hear that your lightsaber isn't properly working. It sounds like the dark side must have been involved. But fear not! I would love to help you take a few right steps so your lightsaber is battle-ready once more. Obi-Wan Kenobi isn't your only hope!
First, you may want to try to reinsert the blade into the hilt of your lightsaber. To remove the blade, push the blade firmly into the hilt, twist gently, then pull outward. To reinsert the blade, push the blade firmly into the hilt, twist gently, then let go. It may be that your blade needed to be gently twisted to make sure all pieces were connected to the hilt. Sometimes this reset is all your lightsaber needs to reconnect properly! You mentioned trying different Kyber crystals and I would like to recommend that you make sure the crystals have the larger end pointing up toward the blade when reinserted.
