Hi there, Karen, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues linking tickets to your account. I don't have access to your account so I cannot see your specific problem, but I can try and troubleshoot the most common things that happen.
If your tickets were purchased through the
Disneyland website, you should have received a confirmation email from Disneyland Reservations. Within that email, select "Access Your eTickets"to view them. Then select "Print E-Tickets" to view the ticket ID# and bar code. These are the items that you would scan with your phone in the Disneyland Mobile App to link your tickets. If you purchased tickets from a third party provider, you'll need to locate the ticket ID# on the tickets that were provided to you in order to enter them into your account.
If you haven't downloaded the
Disneyland Mobile App, please do so and log in to your
account. Press the ☰ Features Menu and scroll down to select "Link to Account" to begin linking your tickets. The easiest way would be to use your phone's camera to just scan the bar code on the ticket itself. Once all tickets are loaded onto your phone, you should be good to go! Don't forget to make your
reservations as well! If you are still having issues, I would recommend contacting
Ticket Guest Services.
I hope your visit to the Disneyland Resort is coming up soon! The
Disney100 Celebration is in full swing at Disneyland Park and we're enjoying the re-opening of
Mickey's Toontown and its newest attraction,
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway. It's a great year to visit the Happiest Place on Earth and I hope your visit is filled with magic and memories!
Karen, if there is anything else we can do for you, please feel free to stop by planDisney again any time. I hope this has been helpful and we can't wait to see you again!
Have a Magical Day!
