I’m having a very difficult time finding our etickets. Can you guys please help? Thanks, Jake

    Hello there, Jake!

Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for stopping by to ask us your Disneyland Resort question. I’m so sorry to hear you’re having trouble locating your tickets, but I’m happy to try to help!

To see the details of the Disney eTickets you bought online, search for the confirmation email you received when buying your tickets. The subject line of my most recent ticket purchase email was “Disneyland Confirmation” along with the ticket confirmation number in parentheses. In this email, you can find all the information about your theme park ticket transaction, including the date of purchase, the type and length of the tickets, the theme park reservation confirmation numbers, the name of the person each ticket is assigned to, the cost of the tickets, and the method you used to pay. Click the link that reads “Access Your eTickets” to view the actual tickets.

Disney eTickets can be scanned directly from your mobile device at the theme park entrances, or you have the option of printing them out at home before you visit the resort. You can also link your theme park tickets to the Disneyland mobile app on your smartphone, which is what I recommend so you’ll have them handy for visiting the parks or using Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane entrances at attractions. Once you have accessed your tickets online and are ready to link them to your app, the process only takes a few moments. After launching the app and ensuring that you are signed in to your MyDisney account, tap the three stacked lines near the bottom right of the screen, and then select the “My Tickets and Passes” section. Tap the “+” symbol in the upper right corner and use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add a ticket. Lastly, scan each ticket’s barcode with your smartphone’s camera or manually type the ID numbers.

I hope this answers your question, Jake, and that your vacation is perfectly pixie-dusted! If you still have questions about your tickets, please feel free to write back to us at planDisney or call the Disneyland Resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to receive live assistance from a Cast Member.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
