Hello! Im getting prepared for next months Princess half marathon. It is my very first. Is there anyone I can run with? Also where can I park for free? I wanted to stay at a resort but unfortunately I didn't book in advance. Thanks

    Hi Pravina!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The Disney Princess Half Marathon was my first half marathon too and I know you are going to have a magical time!

I'm glad to tell you that with any runDisney event I've ever done I've found all sorts of friends and support along the course! Chat up the person next to you in the corrals and you'll never believe what you have in common. I started talking with a lady once because she complimented my outfit and come to find out her sister lived less than a mile away from me!

If you would like a more formal group to run with I recommend checking out The CLIF BAR Pace Team. Pace leaders will run even splits throughout the race and will help you cross the finish line within 2 minutes of your anticipated completion time. You can even meet your pacer at the Disney Health & Fitness Expo! If you'd like more information on this visit the Runner Info tab and scroll down, past the Race Pacing Chart and there's full detail on the pacing options available and how to find them race morning.

For driving to the race please make sure you provide yourself ample time! I would plan on arriving to Epcot at around 4 AM. You will take I-4 to exit 64 (192 West) and follow the signs to Epcot, where parking is free before 7 AM.

I hope you have a magical race and please let me know if you have any other questions!
