I'm getting mixed answers, so hoping that I can get a straight answer on here. Does the Dolphin hotel have buses that drop you off at Ticket and Transportation Center, or by the bus depots where other resort buses go?

    Welcome back, Nicole!

It is so great to hEAR from you again!

Nicole, I understand why this could be a confusing topic. The Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel used to use Disney transportation, so they were able to load and unload directly in front of the Magic Kingdom. Since then, the Swan and Dolphin have switched over to a third-party transportation company.

This switch means that you will be dropped off at the Transportation & Ticket Center when heading to the Magic Kingdom. Once there, you will need to board a boat or monorail to enter the park.

Nicole, you can still take a Friendship boat from the Swan and Dolphin to get to both Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, although I will tell you that I much prefer to walk to those parks. In the morning, I like to grab a cup of coffee and stroll to the parks without worrying about a crowd.

Oh, Nicole, one last thing. If you are thinking about booking the Swan or Dolphin, but have not decided which one, I recommend that you book the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel. While the resort rooms are nearly identical, and both resorts share amenities, the rooms at the Swan have two queen-sized beds while the rooms at the Dolphin have two full-sized beds.

    Enjoy your planning adventure!
