Hiya Dylan,
Welcome back to planDisney. Oh boy! It sure sounds like you have plenty of reasons to celebrate. If you ask me,
Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect place to celebrate weddings and birthdays. Make sure you stop at the front desk of your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel or
Guest Relations at the theme parks or
Disney Springs to ask for your celebration button. They have a number to choose from depending on what you are celebrating and the Cast Members will want to celebrate with you.
I was lucky enough to get to see the Cinderella Caste Suite many years ago as a Guest of planDisney. It is beautiful and as much as I would love to be able to spend some time there again, that is not possible. Unfortunately, the Suite is not open to the public and there is no way to make reservations to visit it or spend the night. My understanding is that the Suite was actually intended for Walt Disney and his family to use when visiting the parks, but sadly that did not happen. While there have been occasional celebrities or dignitaries that were able to visit the Suite, typically the only way to gain access is through select benefits or contests. Disney World has periodically offered a one night stay in the Suite as a prize, with the lucky recipient getting to visit this rarely seen gem. While I am not aware of any current opportunities, this is the place where dreams come true. Therefore, my one suggestion is to always keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog. You just never know when Walt Disney World may offer Guests the chance to win a stay in the Suite.
The good news though is there is still an opportunity to enjoy a portion of Cinderella Castle and enjoy a meal at Cinderella's Royal Table. As you can imagine, the restaurant is quite popular, so you will definitely want to mark your calendar for when you can make an advanced dining reservation. If I can help with any additional planning questions, please stop back and
see me.
Wishing you the most magical celebrations,
Margaret
