I'm getting confusing information. Do I go to Guest Services or Port Adventures to see about available tickets to the Princess Gathering and/or Frozen Greeting, since they are sold out online? I need to know which place to go after getting on-board.

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Derek!

OH MY DISNEY your cruise countdown is really getting down there.  I am excited for you to set sail this fall with Captain Mickey!

There are always so many magical moments while onboard, especially during character experiences like the Princess Gathering and Frozen Meet and Greet.  It is so nice to have an appointment to meet with royalty!

I know sometimes these ticketed events that require advance reservations can be hard to come by.  I would encourage you to continually check for reservations online until you set sail.  Many guests change their plans as they finalize each day's activities and I have found some become available in between my advance booking date and embarkation day.

If you still are unable to get your hands on this royal invitation, you should go to the Guest Services Desk once you are onboard the ship to check for remaining tickets.

Sail back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions as you finalize your plans.  Don't forget to double check your packing lists and download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App as well!

    "Sea" ya real soon!  Angie
