    I'm a first timer to WDW and have no clue about size of Magic Kingdom. I've read it's huge! How long will it take me to walk from the entrance to Fantasyland? I'm trying to make an Itinerary and need to know how long it will take me to walk between rides!!

    Hi there Victoria!

    How exciting to be planning your first Walt Disney World vacation!  Although Magic Kingdom Park offers so many fun attractions and exciting shows to experience, I find it to be very easy to navigate by having a park touring strategy. I like to tour the park by "lands" starting in Fantasyland, then moving to Tomorrowland and so on. This strategy helps my family to optimize our time and decrease the amount of unnecessary walking.  
    I would allow approximately 10 minutes to walk from the entrance of Magic Kingdom Park to Fantasyland. Within each land, you can walk to other attractions pretty quickly. For example, many attractions are adjacent to or simply across from each other. Be sure to pick up a Park Map after entering Magic Kingdom Park for easier park touring.
