Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Maura. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort next week! There's no place I'd rather be, that's for sure.
You're going to love
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. With plenty of space in the cabin for your family of six and
unique recreational offerings at the resort, you're sure to have a rootin' tootin' good time!
I haven't stayed at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, but my dear friend and fellow panelist, Veronica, is our resident expert on this Disney Resorts Collection hotel. I consulted with her to get you the best answer to your question, and I'm happy to report that she said that using the boat service is a great way to get to Magic Kingdom Park bright and early. If you have a golf cart, you can park it right at the marina. How convenient is that? Veronica said that the boat service usually starts an hour to an hour and a half before Magic Kingdom Park opens. It's a good idea to check on the service times the day before you plan to visit, though. Just stop by the Front Desk to ask! Veronica also told me that if timed just right, you can catch front-row seats to the
Electrical Water Pageant on your boat ride back to the resort. So fun!
If you have any other questions about your stay at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, be sure to send them directly to Veronica. She'd be delighted to share her best tips to maximize your magic!
I hope this was helpful, Maura. I'm wishing you a Disney vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
