    I'm excited to be coming to the safari place in June. I want to know if you can touch the animals? I really want to pet a giraffe? Is that possible?

    Sandy, the Animal Kingdom is truly a magical park!  The Affection Section, located in Rafiki's Planet Watch, is a hands on area where you can pet goats, sheep, pigs, llamas and other animals.

    The Kilimanjaro Safaris will take you on a trek through the jungle in an open-sided jeep. As the animals freely roam through the Savannah, there are no guarantees which animals you will see.  I will say, each time I've taken the Safari, I have seen giraffes, and they are truly incredible animals.  It is important to remember that for both yours and the animals safety, you must keep your arms in the jeep at all times, and touching the animals is not permitted.
