I'm going to be at Epcot and would love to go to Space 220 but there is no more reservations available. Would I be able to sit at the bar without reservations?

Hi there, Bridget! I'm so glad that you traveled among the stars and landed here with us at planDisney!

It sounds like you're making plans for an out-of-this-world experience at EPCOT and are hoping to dine at Space 220 Lounge! Bridget, at this time, both Space 220 Restaurant and Space 220 Lounge require advance dining reservations in order to enjoy their galactic libations. But no worries! I have a few options for you that might be able to help you dine among the stars.

    • First, I would encourage you to continue to check back to see if reservations open up! Guests' plans often shift and change and I've been lucky enough to scoop up some hard-to-get reservations in the days leading up to my trip (sometimes even the day of!). I'd suggest checking back a few times a day in case you find availability for your trip.
    • Next, you are always welcome to see a Cast Member standing outside of Space 220 Restaurant to try to join a walk-up waitlist. I'd recommend stopping by here a little before Space 220 opens at 11:30 AM to speak with a Cast Member about the possibility of joining a waitlist.
    • Last, I've had success with using online reservation finder tools that can alert me when reservation openings pop up! You can do a quick search online to see if this option works for you.
Bridget, if the stars don't align in a way that allows you to enjoy Space 220 Lounge, there are some other entertaining and well-themed watering holes I think you'll love! Consider checking out Trader Sam's Grog Grotto at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Nomad Lounge in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, or AbracadaBar at Disney's BoardWalk! Also, prior to your trip, make sure that you've made your Theme Park Reservations with Disney's Park Pass system! This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip.

I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust on your upcoming vacation, Bridget! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all - you've got a friend in me!

    To infinity and beyond!
