The
Disney special military promotional ticket offer is an upgradable ticket. You can add days to it, or upgrade it to an
annual pass. Available only to Florida residents and
Disney Vacation Club members is the
Disney Gold Annual Pass, and you can upgrade your Armed Forces Salute ticket to that one.
You have to do it before the pass expires, which is 18 December 2018, and you'll have to do it prior to using your last day on the ticket. You can go to any ticket booth or guest services at the theme parks, and they'll be able to help you.
The Gold Pass includes all four theme parks for most of the year, which is great if you travel during non-holiday seasons. You'll also get free theme park parking and
Disney PhotoPass downloads. That's on top of the great discounts you can get with your annual pass.
