I'm a DVC member, considering the $399 Premium Annual Pass (limited time offer). If I get this, can I upgrade it to a Premier AP, good for DL as well? I may be there next summer for a few days. If so, what generally is the 'break-even' number of days?

    Hello, Jamie!

I called Member Services for you to get a definitive answer about this really great question. The Cast Member who assisted me even checked with her Supervisor, just to be sure...and the answer is...

Yes! Disney Vacation Club Members who use their Membership to enjoy the current perk of discounted Premium Annual Passes ($399 per adult) CAN upgrade to the Premier Annual Pass, which enables Guests to enjoy a year of unlimited park hopping at both Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL and Disneyland Resort in California. The cost of doing so, including taxes, would be $320 per adult. Next, take a look at ticket prices for Disneyland Resort. Currently, a 5-Day Park Hopper Ticket with Magic Morning costs $290 for Guests ages 10 & up. Thus, if you might visit Disneyland for at least 5 days, you might just want to go ahead and upgrade for a full years' worth of entrance into all of the parks on both coasts.

    Have fun deciding! What fun!
