It's a pleasure to hear from you again but I'm sorry to see that you had issues purchasing tickets to
Oogie Boogie Bash. I certainly hope that you had an alternative form of payment ready and that you were able to get your tickets. It's a wonderful event and there's a reason why it's so popular with Guests. I was lucky enough to have attended the party last year and I had the best time! Disney California Adventure Park is almost unrecognizable with all the spooky decorations!
The Disneyland Resort accepts many forms of payment for your convenience, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners Club International, JCB, and UnionPay. Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards Redemption Card, and debit cards are also accepted. Click to Pay and PayPal are options on the Disneyland website and the
Disneyland Mobile App.
I looked into the KOHO Mastercard which is a prepaid Mastercard and, according to their website, "you can use them wherever Mastercard is accepted." With those parameters, one would think that it should have been accepted. Was there enough money loaded into your KOHO account to cover the purchase? I even reached out to a representative at KOHO to ask about this. They apologized for the inconvenience and recommended that you reach out to their support team via the KOHO app or website (https://www.koho.ca/contact/). Ultimately, I would recommend trying to reach them or a Disneyland Cast Member at their
Website Support line. They'll be able to look into your account for the details on why it wasn't accepted.
