I'm going to Disney World in April and I booked through a travel agent. I called a disney rep. and made my reservations for dining. When will I recieve anything that says what times and places Ill be dining at during my stay?

    Hi Brandi -

If you make dining reservations online, Disney will send you confirmation emails for each reservation. However, if you make your dining reservations over the phone, you will not get any acknowledgements from Disney. For phone calls, it's up to the guest to write down all the dates/times/locations they reserved. The reservationist should have given you a confirmation number for each reservation, that's all they will provide - and all you'll need when checking into each restaurant.

No worries if you've lost track of your reservations. SImply call Disney Dining back at 407-WDW-DINE and explain the situation. They will be able to use your name and phone number to retrieve your reservations and read them back to you. When I reserve meals over the phone, I usually type up all my information and print it out on a sheet to carry around the parks with me. This works as a handy reference for our trip - and also serves as a nice souvenir.

Enjoy your stay at Walt Disney World.
