Hello! I'm am going to Disney in about a week and I made reservations at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique...the problem is I lost my reservation number!! Is there a way for me to call and get the number, or do I need it for my visit or can they look me up?

Hi, Rebecca! I have a confession: I cannot count exactly how many times I have done this exact same thing! There have been a number of times that I would quickly make a surprise Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation for my girls or grabbed a spot at the last minute for a tour, written the confirmation number down on a scratch piece of paper, and then proceeded to lose that paper. Every time I clean out a drawer, I inevitably find those 12-digit numbers on tiny papers.

No worries, Rebecca. Just give the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservations line a call at (407) WDW-STYL, or (407) 939-7895. In my experience, the Cast Member has been able to look up the confirmation number and reservation date/time by using our last name and the phone number I used to make the reservation. Once you have that number again, I have a tip to help you hang on to it. There is a Notes section in My Disney Experience that is a practically perfect spot for storing confirmed reservations that may not otherwise show up in your account.

When you go into the My Itinerary section of My Disney Experience, first change the date at the top to show the date of your reservation. Then, click on Add Plans at the top left, and choose the option to Add a Note. This will open a note where you can label it as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and include any special information, as well as your confirmation number, to an optional Details box. When you complete this, your Note will show up in your day’s itinerary, even when using the My Disney Experience mobile app. Doing this has saved me many calls to Cast Members!

I hope this helps you plan your magical visit, Rebecca! Thanks for stopping by with your question. Please let us know if you need any further assistance as you continue to plan your vacation.
