So I’m going to Disney for my first time and I’m going on December 4-6 2020 and I don’t know if I can pay the ticket When i get their. And can I have some tip for first day . And if their is Spanish workers to talk

Hi there, Derline! Welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you’ve found us with your question. How exciting that you will soon be enjoying the incredible holiday decor at the Most Magical Place on Earth for your first visit! In the midst of uncertain times, I am certain that a good dose of Disney magic will fill your cup and bring true joy to you and your loved ones.

Deline, regarding your Park Tickets, it may be possible to buy those at any Guest Relations location and/or at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, but this is subject to Park Ticket availability and also subject to Park Pass availability. Since the Disney Parks phased reopening, each Guest needs a Park Ticket and a Park Pass Reservation before visiting a Theme Park. When I spoke with Guest Relations on your behalf, they strongly suggested that you purchase your Tickets in advance by phone or via your My Disney Experience Account so that you may make those Park Pass Reservations before your visit. In fact, you can check Park Pass availability in advance online so that you can make your plans ahead of schedule.

One of my best suggestions for first-time guests is to have a plan in advance of which Park you will visit each day so that you can hit all the highlights that you are most looking forward to. I recommend at least one day in each of the Parks if possible, and checking out the Park Maps and attraction lists, as well as prioritizing 5-7 attractions in each Theme Park as top priorities, taking into account each person’s preferences to ensure the most fun for all! Also, it is easy to see the Park Hours right on the website to map out your days. Please download the My Disney Experience Mobile App so you can check out wait times and other features such as Mobile Ordering Mobile Check-In right from your fingertips!

Lastly, regarding the availability of help in Spanish, Guest Relations has assured me that they are committed to helping out all guests, regardless of their language preferences, and will make sure that all your questions are answered during your visit! Just stop by and say hello.

Deline, I hope that this information helps you plan the most amazing visit to Walt Disney World. Please browse the Experience Updates pages to see details of the policies and procedures set in place to ensure safety and enjoyment for all, and see this excellent answer by my co-panelist Donyell regarding more wonderful tips for first-time visitors! Please know that we are here for you anytime we can be of help to you again! It would be our pleasure!

See ya real soon and safe travels!
