    I'm going on the Disney dream May 1st. How do I book a dolphin encounter at blue lagoon?

    Hi Julia,

    Welcome to planDisney! You have a dreamy Disney Cruise Line vacation on the horizon––how exciting!

    I'm glad you are exploring all the Port Adventures offered during your cruise. The Blue Lagoon Island Dolphin Encounter sounds like a perfect way to spend a day in Nassau, Bahamas. After making final payment for your cruise and your booking window opens, you can begin booking your Port Adventures.

    The start of your booking window depends on your Castaway Club membership level or if you are a Concierge Guest:

    • First-Time Guests - 75 days prior to sail date
    • Silver Castaway Club Member - 90 days prior to sail date
    • Gold Castaway Club Member - 105 days prior to sail date
    • Platinum Castaway Club Member - 120 days prior to sail date
    • Pearl Castaway Club Member -123 days prior to sail date
    • Concierge Guests - 130 days prior to sail date.

    When your booking window opens, you can book your Port Adventures and onboard activities on the website or in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Under the Already Booked tab, sign in to My Reservations. Then, select the day you will be in Nassau. Next, select Add Activities and choose the dolphin encounter. 

    Julia, remember that you can make all your onboard activity and Port Adventure bookings on the day your booking window opens. I recommend booking the dolphin encounter first since I imagine it is a popular option. There are many great choices, so be sure to have some backup choices.
