I’m going to disney for my cousins/my birthdays and we are going to mickeys not so scary halloween party and i was curious if i had to purchase a park admissions ticket if i already have a ticket to the party?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Bethaney! I’m excited to know that you will be celebrating your birthday at the happiest place on earth!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is such a great event! I love seeing Mickey and his pals dressed in their Halloween costumes! The Magic Kingdom Park is adorned with Mickey Jack O’ Lanterns and the fall colored buntings are my favorite! It’s also the only time of year that Disney’s most infamous villains have a chance to take over the park at night with their Happy HalloWishes Fireworks show!

Bethaney, you do not have to purchase a regular theme park ticket to attend Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Your special event ticket is all you will need to enjoy all the festivities! Remember, the party begins at 7:00 p.m. and runs until midnight. That leaves lots of time for trick-or-treating with your family and dancing the night away with your favorite Disney Junior characters at the new Storybook Circus Disney Junior Jam in Fantasyland!

When making your way through Frontierland, keep your eyes peeled for The Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet. They’ll be belting out their favorite tunes all night. I hear they’re a real scream!

I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue planning. Have a very happy birthday and a magical trip!
