I'm an insulin-dependent diabetic and must have nutritional information available for all menu items to correctly administer my insulin dose. Do all your restaurants have this information readily available for their guests? Our trip 06/18-23/2017.

    Hi Ruby,

Hooray for your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! You must be so excited!

I recommend you email the team at Special Diets to get the up to date information on ingredients. This team will be able to answer all of your questions. You can email them at Special.Diets@disneyworld.com.

In addition, you want to note on any advance dining reservations that you are diabetic. This will allow the team to have the chef come to the table and talk about options. In addition, you can let the cast member taking your order at a counter service restaurant that you need to speak to someone.

You can bring food into the parks as well.

Finally, if you need to take a break, you can visit any of the Baby Care Centers at all the parks. You will be able to get out of the heat and have access to air conditioning, a place to sit and other amenities.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
