I’m currently staying at Port Orleans French Quarter and want to go to the Riviera resort for a dinner reservation. Can I catch the bus to Disney Springs and then onto the Riviera?

    Hi Stephen! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy! It sounds like you are in the middle of a magical Walt Disney World holiday! I hope you are having an amazing time creating lasting family memories! Let's jump right into your question and get you headed in the right direction!

If you're looking to utilize Disney Transportation to get to your destination, then heading to Disney Springs to catch a bus to Disney's Riviera Resort will be one of your options. From Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter, you can take the bus to Disney Springs or hop on the boat (Sassagoula River Cruise) to get there. Once there, you'll need to briefly enter Disney Springs, then head over to the bus depot to find the bus heading to the Riviera.

With the Riviera Resort sitting along the Disney Skyliner path, you do have the option to take a bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios. From here, hop on the Skyliner over to the Riviera. You will need to transfer at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to another gondola, but this will be a quick stop.

Stephen, if you have some time before or after your meal, I highly suggest spending some time exploring the Riviera. It's absolutely breathtaking and has many activities for Guests in the front lawn area. After we dined here on a previous trip, we quickly added this to our list of Disney Resorts we plan to stay at on a future trip.

Thanks again for stopping by planDisney! Have a fantastic time during the rest of your stay!
