Welcome to
planDisney, Melissa! Thank you for stopping by with your question about returning to the land of magic at Disneyland Resort! Since the announcement of the phased reopening of
Disneyland Resort, we have all been ready to blast off to infinity and beyond. I am excited to hear that you are planning to visit soon with your family!
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park have reopened with significantly limited capacity to comply with governmental requirements and promote physical distancing. All Guests must obtain a theme park reservation through the new
theme park reservation system in advance. At this time, only California residents may visit the parks, and proof of residency may be required.
You can use a government-issued ID such as a California Driver’s License, Military ID with a copy of orders, or Student ID as proof of residency. Other forms of identification that may be acceptable include official mail with your California address, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
I hope this information helps and that you have a magical visit to
The Happiest Place on Earth! Please stop back by if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions.
