Ahoy, Aiden and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
What a magical journey you are going to embark upon with three special princesses in your life! I'm sure you are all looking forward to a wonderful vacation with Mickey and his seafaring crew.
It sounds like you have been going over everything you'll need to travel with the girls. Since your niece is staying in the same stateroom with you, there will be no need to fill out the
Debarkation Authorization for Minors Form unless you give her permission to disembark the ship alone. I'm not sure of your niece's age, but this came in to play on my last sailing because my daughter wanted to participate in the teen-only excursion on Castaway Cay. I had to sign the authorization form to allow her to leave and return with the group from Vibe.
The important form you will need to have for check-in at the cruise terminal is the
Authorization For Minor To Travel Without a Parent or Legal Guardian Form. Your niece's parent or legal guardian will need to complete the form so you can present it to a Cast Member at the check-in counter.
Aiden, I'm excited for you and your crew to experience
all that a Disney Cruise vacation has to offer next year! The planning is always half the fun for me, so please write back if we can assist you further.
Have a magical day!
Nancy
