I'm considering purchasing annual passes for my family on our next visit. Can Annual Passholders (the regular version, not the premiere) staying at a Walt Disney Resort take advantage of Extra Magic Hours?

Hi, Erin!  Annual Passholders can absolutely take advantage of extra magic hours!  The only qualification for extra magic hours is that you stay at a Walt Disney World resort.  It doesn't matter what type of tickets you have, as long as you are a resort guest.

Aside from the MANY trips we take to Walt Disney World thanks to our annual passes, the biggest benefit we've used is the room discounts.  There are occasionally discounts of up to 40% off offered to annual passholders.  It's a great savings, and it certainly encourages us to visit more often!

The one thing you do miss as an annual passholder is free dining offers.  With these offers - and other similar offers - you usually have to purchase passes as part of a package to qualify for the free dining.  With an annual pass in hand, we don't qualify for these types of promotions.

We always get tremendous value out of our annual passes.  We've had them for nearly 20 years, and I don't ever see not needing them!
