I'm considering buying the dining plan for my next trip, but I'm not sure if we will save money and if we can fit in dining during our trip. Do you recommend buying the plan?

I highly recommend purchasing the Disney Dining Plan (DDP)! It saves time, money and angst. We buy it each time we visit because it takes the guesswork out of how much money we should spend on food, how often should we dine out and what our budget will allow.

By buying the DDP you will have almost all of your expenses paid for when you arrive (of course excluding souviners and extras) and you can relax and enjoy your vacation. I certainly think it saves money. Especially when you dine at some of the wonderful Table Service restaurants available at Walt Disney World. The Signature Dining Experiences will cost two Table Service Credits off of your plan, but they are definitely worth it. California Grill, Narcoosees, Cinderella's Royal Table and Hollywood Brown Derby are just a few of the "must eat" locations.

There are also many wonderful locations that only require one Table Service, including the brand new Be Our Guest restaurant in Magic Kingdom! The Quick Service options are just as plentiful. One way we love to use our plan is to dine our way through Epcot by sampling a plate of food at several of the countries around the World Showcase. We each get a bit or two of the platter and it's a great way to taste the cultures around the world!

    Magically,
