Moms, I'm confused by the new Memory Maker option. I'd buy PhotoPass+ because of the CD. Does Memory Maker have that as an add on? Would I still get a photo package at CRT? Can everyone's ride photos be linked if we split up a few times? Thanks! --{-@

    Hi Rochelle,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  The main difference between PhotoPass+ and the new Memory Maker service is that Memory Maker is completely digital.  The advantage to this is that you'll have instant access to every photo taken by a Disney PhotoPass photographer during your vacation, but it also means that a CD is no longer included.  However, you do still have the option to purchase a CD of all your photos after your vacation for an additional charge.

To link photos from participating attractions, my understanding is that the individual holding the entitlement must be present to add that to the Memory Maker account.  However, even if he or she isn't there when others in the group get that great ride photo, they can return to add it to the account anytime that day (just remember to write down the number on that photo before you leave the attraction).

To be honest, I've gotten a couple different answers about Cinderella's Royal Table, so I'm not sure if those are now digital photos on your Memory Maker, printed photos, or both.  I'm sorry I don't have a definite answer for you right now, but the service is still relatively new and I know they're working to make it the best it can possibly be.  Hopefully, we'll know more soon.

I hope this helps, and I hope you have a magical vacation!
