I'm confused do you accept Venmo physical debit card at the parks and kiosks or not?

Hi there, Olga! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney - so glad you're here! I see that you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up in just a few weeks, so I'm sure you're getting excited. It's always a good idea to have a plan for paying for snacks and souvenirs on the go, and I'm happy to help with your question.

With so many different payment options available these days, it can be tough to figure out what's accepted where!  I like to have a couple of methods with me when we head out on a Disney adventure - usually a credit card, some cash, and often a Disney Gift Card. While you can't use the "show to pay" Venmo QR code to pay for your park purchases, the Venmo-branded debit card is absolutely A-OK! Debit cards with a Mastercard or Visa logo are accepted throughout Walt Disney World.

You can also link your debit card to your My Disney Experience account and then use tap to pay at most on-property locations. Once you're logged in, navigate to your profile, and then select "Payment Methods". Be sure to have the physical card with you just in case, as certain third-party shops and restaurants may not use this type of payment.

Olga, I hope this information is helpful to get you prepped and ready for your most magical vacation - it will be here before you know it! If our planDisney squad can help with any other questions before you head off to The Most Magical Place on Earth, please come back and see us again.

    Have a Magical Day!
