I'm coming to WDW to celebrate MY 49th bd, with my older sister 10/23 and 10/24. We will be staying at a WDW resort. I want to be sure to catch at least one night of fireworks. On those datess, parks closing at 7 & 8 pm....is it dark enough for firewor

    Hi Constance,

What a fantastic way to spend your Birthday, you and your sister will have such a fun time!

I've just returned from Walt Disney World and was amazed that the sun went down around 7pm each day.  I've just had a look at the sunset times for your trip and sunset is scheduled for between 6.45pm and 6.50pm on the days you're visiting. Also don't worry as Disney will only ever schedule night time shows, such as fireworks, when it will definitely be dark enough to enjoy them fully.

To see the full list of fireworks and other events at WDW click on www.disneyworld.com choose Plan and then select the park you require.

    Have a fabulous stay,

    Jo
