Hi there, C! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for stopping by and allowing us to answer your
Walt Disney World Resort question!
Summertime in Central Florida can definitively get more than a bit warm! When traveling during the hotter months, it can be incredibly important to bring hydrating fluid such as water or electrolyte drinks to stay hydrated during your time in the sun. Guests are definitively allowed to bring water and snacks with them into the parks when visiting, fortunately!
Personal coolers may be brought into the parks but must be no larger than 24” long by 15” wide by 18” high.
Guests are also no longer allowed to bring loose or dry ice with them into the parks. It is recommended that you use reusable ice packs to keep your snacks and drinks nice and chilly. Also, be sure that none of your drinks or snacks are in glass containers since these are also under the
prohibited items in the parks!
Keeping these rules in mind, you can make sure your family has a great time while staying safe in the Florida sun! If you find yourself without water during your visit, you can also stop by any quick-service dining location and receive a cup of ice water for free. This can be a great way to cool off whenever you accidentally forget your own water!
I hope you have a fun time at
ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and be sure to stay hydrated!
