Hi Kevin,
Welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you'll be visiting The Happiest Place on Earth this summer! It's the perfect time to visit as the
Disney100 Celebration will be in full swing, Mickey's Toontown will reopen, and the
"Magic Happens" Parade will once again return to Disneyland Park. I think you're in for a really swell time, indeed!
Room and ticket packages are currently available to book through 2023, so if you're planning to stay at one of the beautiful Disneyland Resort hotels you'll be able to start making those arrangements now. I'd highly recommend a stay at
Disneyland Hotel. It's as charming as can be, features an amazing pool area with Monorail-themed waterslides, and nearby
Tangaroa Terrace is an absolutely perfect place to kick back and enjoy a refreshing beverage at the end of your park day!
You'll be able to purchase park tickets as part of your vacation package, but keep in mind a
theme park reservation is required for entry each day. Theme park reservations can currently be made 120 days in advance of your visit, so I'd mark your calendar now with a reminder to make those reservations as soon as the window opens.
If you aren't looking to stay on-site, you can begin purchasing one-day or multi-day tickets for a visit to Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park 120 days in advance. Tickets and park reservations are available through early June at this time, but you'll be on your way to planning your magical July adventure in no time!
During your visit, take a thrilling ride on
Incredicoaster over at Disney California Adventure Park, and be sure to check out the incredible menu options and scenic views from
Lamplight Lounge. The lobster nachos and warm dessert donuts available there are both perfect treats to enjoy during a mid-day break.
Stop back and see us again for more vacation planning questions. We'd love to help make your visit magical and memorable!
See you real soon,
Amy
