Im coming to Disney World September11-September19,2011.I will be celebrating my birthday there.I am going solo.  Can you suggest a nice restaurant? What else could I do for the occasion.

Hi Iolita! Looks like we'll be celebrating our birthdays at the same time - I love your birthday plans! There are so many fantastic restaurant choices for your special day. Click here to read about all the great dining spots.

I love the Boardwalk area and think it's the perfect spot to spend your special day. It's a relaxing boat ride or short walk from both Epcot and the Hollywood Studios, and there's so much to do. Two of my favourite dining spots there are the Flying Fish and the Yachtsman Steak House, which is right across at the Yacht Club Resort. The Flying Fish is fantastic, and offers fresh seafood and a wide selection of other choices. And you can sit at a food bar, where you have the best seat in the house to watch the chefs prepare your meal. After your meal, you can stroll along the Boardwalk, explore the shops and enjoy the entertainment. You can also step in to Jelly Rolls for the duelling pianos.

California Grill in the Contemporary Resort is another delicious choice. Simply hop the monorail from Epcot or the Magic Kingdom, and then enjoy the best views of the fireworks.

I could go on and on, but have limited space. Wishing you a magical birthday Iolita!
