Hi, I'm coming to Disney in March for the Princess 1/2 marathon on Sunday. we are coming in on Friday and want to visit the Boardwalk in the evening and for dinner. Is there a place you would suggest to eat? nothing unusuall, just real good!!

Oh, Valerie!  How awesome that you are doing the 1/2 Marathon - I'm so proud of you!  I'm in training for a 5K myself.  So far, I've made it from the television to the fridge without getting winded!

Hands down, one of the best restaurants at Walt Disney World based on the opinions of my three daughters, is Spoodles at the Boardwalk.  This restaurant features a Mediterranean cuisine, but even if you think you might be nervous about trying something that sounds so exotic, rest assured that there is something on the Spoodles menu that you can enjoy.  You'll find steak, seafood, pork, and pasta on the menu, so something to please even the pickiest eater.  But the flavors are so wonderful, it is one of the many Walt Disney World restaurants that I don't mind my daughters asking to return to so often.

Good luck in the marathon, and enjoy your weekend at Walt Disney World!
