    I'm checking in our hotel at 7AM to get our Keys to the Kingdom to start our day. I'm planning on grocery shopping prior to checking in. Would the bell service be able to refrigerate things for me? I know we won't have our room yet. LOVE YOU MOMS!

    Hi Beth!

    You have quite a busy day scheduled for your arrival day at Walt Disney World!  The Keys to Kingdom Tour is an amazing experience and I highly recommend it to all guests!!

    One of the best ways to save money (and to make sure you have foods and snacks to your liking) is by ordering groceries for your resort room, either via Gardengrocer.com or another online grocery delivery service.  When it arrives at your resort, it will be held in bell services for you until your arrival. Unfortunately, they do not deliver it to your room until you are able to receive the groceries.  When it is delivered, it will be held in their back room, which does not have facility to refrigerate.  You can coordinate with your grocery delivery service to make sure the delivery occurs when you are likely to be in your guest room.
