Hi, I’m a California resident and reserved for June 15 with my family. Will it still be limited capacity in the park that day? I am concerned about the no mask mandate and no social distancing. Please respond soon so my family can make an informed decision

Hi there, Eileen! Welcome to the wonderful world of planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and asking your excellent Disneyland Resort vacation question!

You and your family are just a few short nights away from returning to the magic at Disneyland Resort! In the very near future, you will be creating more memories with your family at the Happiest Place on Earth!

Disneyland Resort is continuing with its phased reopening and we couldn't be more excited! During your upcoming visit, you may notice some changes that have been made with the safety of all Guests in mind. These may include enhanced cleaning procedures across the property, temporary adjustments to promote physical distancing, and modified experiences to reduce contact. Additionally, all Guests ages two and up will be required to wear face masks at all times during their visit except when actively eating or drinking. During these times, Guests must remain stationary and maintain an appropriate physical distance from other Guests.

At this time, there has been no official announcement regarding changes in theme park capacity or the removal of face-covering requirements. All policies and procedures are made under the guidance of the state of California and local health officials so changes may be made as the situation continues to change in the future. If you would like to keep up with any updates, I highly recommend checking out the Disney Parks Blog website or the “Theme Parks: Know Before You Go” webpage! Both of these resources contain the most up-to-date information regarding health and safety practices in the Disneyland Resort theme parks!

I hope this information assists you in planning your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort! Be sure to let us know if we can provide any additional planning assistance!
