    1. I'm a CA resident (shows in Disney App) however I still have an older driver's license from another state. Can I utility bills or any other docs to prove residency? 2. If we buy tickets/make a reservation, but then have cancel, then what?

Welcome to planDisney, Christy! I’m so happy you’ve stopped in to visit us with your planning question about the Disneyland Resort! You’re going to have a wonderful time during your visit this July!

When it comes to acceptable California ID, your best bet is to use a government issued ID. For example, a California Driver’s license, Passport with a California address printed on it, a California State issued ID or a utility bill with a California address.

If you have to cancel your visit, no problem! Your tickets will still be valid and you can just reschedule. Just make sure the dates you want to visit are available for the theme parks you want to visit when you make your theme park reservation. That’s it!

It may be a good idea to look over the experience updates page on the official Disneyland site before your visit. This way you will be up to date with all the health and safety protocols in place right now.

Christy, I hope I’ve been helpful. Feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s our pleasure to help you plan your next magical vacation!
