Olá, Fernanda!
Thanks for sharing your question with us here at planDisney. It’s a pleasure to help out fellow Guests with these important topics. We want smooth sailing for all of our fellow Guests aboard the Disney Cruise Line.
I’ve got some updated information for you from Cast Members with the Disney Cruise Line.
Online Check-In is available, in English only, to most Guests. However, it turns out that there are a select few countries where this service is not currently available. Unfortunately, that includes Brazil.
Hakuna matata, Fernanda! It means, “no worries!” That’s because you will still be able to complete the check-in process for your cruise when you arrive at the cruise ship terminal on embarkation day. Guest’s who did not have an opportunity to complete check-in online may arrive up to 90 minutes before the all aboard time published for their sailing. But certainly, please arrive before that all aboard time! Be sure to have your
travel documents, including passports and any necessary visas, with you and not packed in your checked luggage.
Bon voyage, Fernanda!
~Tony
P.S. If you’d like to submit more questions about your upcoming cruise, you are welcome to write them em português if you prefer. The Portuguese-language side of the planDisney site currently only includes the Walt Disney World Resort tag for submissions. But you are still welcome to use that tag for questions about Disney Cruise Line, the Disneyland Resort, Disney Vacation Club, and more!
