I'm back for more :) Is 7 days too long for young ones? Son 4 and Daughter turning 3. And is it worth it for us to add the "water park fun & more' when the kids will probably be thrilled enough with the resort pool?

Hi, Robin!  I don't think seven days is too long at all, and if anything, it will give you some extra time to leave the parks early if the kids are getting tired, and know that you have a chance to come back and catch the things you might have missed in your first visit into the park.  A seven day trip is really ideal in my mind - it gives you a full day to explore each of the four theme parks, a day to do a water park and Downtown Disney, and two days left to revisit the things you loved or missed.

My kids have only been to the water park once - at least the two little ones.  My eight year old and four year old are happy in the resort pool, and that's something we can squeeze in when we have time as opposed to planning a whole day or half day to go to the water parks.  Having said that, my eight year old would love to go back and do Blizzard Beach, so I might have to do that on an upcoming trip!

    Have a great time!
