Three Generations Aboard Ship; fireworks; night

    I'm back again, cruising on the Wonder Jan, 4. My question is: do we have to send out our luggage the night before disembarkation or can we just take it off the ship with us when we leave? Also, around when will you know what movies will be playing?

    I'm so glad you are back and taking advantage of having the Disney Wonder in Texas in January!  I recently sailed on this majestic beauty so I know what an amazing vacation experience you have to look forward to in just a few months!
    On the last night of your sailing, Disney Cruise Line does offer assistance with your luggage by taking it off the ship and organizing it by character themed luggage tags in the cruise terminal the following morning.  Usually luggage needs to be placed outside your stateroom by 10:30 PM.  You can keep your luggage with you if you choose, but unfortunately no assistance is offered until you arrive at luggage pickup.  Porters are there with carts if you need help to your transportation.
    As for movies, I'm happy to provide you with a current list, but this schedule could change by your January sail date.  Right now the Buena Vista Theatre is showing-The Avengers, Brave (2D & 3D), Finding Nemo in 3D, Oz the Great and Powerful, Planes, Wreck-It Ralph, Lincoln, Iron Man 3, Monsters University, and The Lone Ranger.  Also, three new movies are scheduled to PremEAR by your sail date-Thor: The Dark World (11/8), Frozen (11/27), and Saving Mr. Banks (12/20).  A schedule with the entire week will be given to you on on the first day of your cruise so you can plan out your visits to the Buena Vista Theatre accordingly!
