    I'm attempting to make dining reservations for a party of 8. If there is nothing showing as available how likely is it that I can get our family close together if I do 2 reservations for 4?

    if you decide to reserve two tables for eight people total, I would recommend getting to the restaurant as early as possible and let the Cast Members know what kind of seating you're hoping you can get. There's no guarantee they can get you seating that gets everyone close to each other, but it is most certainly worth the try. The more time and flexibility you can give the Cast Members, the more likely they can meet your needs.
