    I'm arriving at the Art of Animation resort May 8-14th. I haven't received travel documents, none of the discounts that come in a little booklet. Will I be able to get them once I arrive at my hotel?

    Hi Monique! How exciting that your Disney vacation is less than two weeks away! There is still time for you to receive some of your package information by mail, but I would call and speak to a helpful Guest Services representative to double check. SImply call (407) 939-1936 and provide them your reservation number and they can advise you of the status. Worst case scenario, anything that didn't make it to you in the mail will be awaiting your pickup when you check in to your Disney resort.
