    I’m always looking for little ways to add a little something extra to our WDW trips. As always we are staying at the Beach Club Resort. Do WDW Resorts still have turndown service upon request? Last inquiry I saw was 3yrs ago, looking for current status.

    Hello Marie!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I completely understand where you are coming from, and couldn't agree more:  it's the little things that make the Disney difference!  

    Sounds like you have made Disney's Beach Club Resort your "home away from home".  This is such a great choice, as the location can't be beat, with easy access to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, as well as all the dining options and entertainment at Disney's BoardWalk.  I think you'll notice some changes since your last visit, as the Disney Skyliner transportation system prepares to transport guests to and from International Gateway at Epcot.  I just spoke with a Cast Member who did confirm for me that typically, turn-down service is available at Disney's Deluxe Resort Hotels upon request.

    There is much excitement in the air, as so many new experiences will be coming to Walt Disney World Resort this fall.  I hope you have the opportunity to enjoy some of the new offerings, as well as your old favorites.
