Hi Robin,
You are planning a trip during one of my
favorite weeks of the entire year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! Right after Thanksgiving the crowds generally thin out, the weather is a bit cooler but still bright and sunshiny, the entire Resort is decked out for the holidays, and all of the
special events fill my heart with Christmas joy. You're going to absolutely LOVE it!
Since Disney releases park hours, including
Extra Magic Hours, around 180 days in advance, it can make it tricky to plan out your
dining reservations for your entire stay without knowing which theme park you'll be visiting each day. My suggestion to you would be to visit the third party site touringplans.com. They release park hours 190 days in advance and estimate them even further out than that. While we can't be completely sure they're accurate until Disney releases the
official hours, they're a great place to start. I usually go ahead and make plans for my entire stay, then keep an eye on the official park hours as they're released to see if I need to make any changes.
I hope this helps as you're planning out all of your delicious meals. With so many great
character meals,
dinner shows, and
cuisines to please any palate, it can be tough to choose! I'm sending some pixie dust that you find the
perfect dining reservations for your stay!
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Robin, and please come see us again if we can help with anything else. I hope that you have a truly magical...and delicious...vacation!
Missy
