Want to see Illuminations. We want to take the monorail back to the WL. Would the boat from MK still be running to get back to WL after we get off the monorail? Thanks!

    Hi Susan!

I LOVE the boat to the Wilderness Lodge! The quiet boat ride really is the perfect ending to a busy park day!

The boat will be running from the Magic Kingdom to Wilderness Lodge until about an hour after the Magic Kingdom closes. If the Magic Kingdom is open later than Epcot on the night you are attending Illuminations, then you shouldn't have any trouble using the monorail to the boat to Wilderness Lodge.

On nights when the Magic Kingdom and Epcot close at the same time, using the monorail and boat may not work out. Those nights, it would be better to use the bus from Epcot to Wilderness Lodge.

Hope this helps! Have a great vacation and please don't hesitate to ask the Moms Panel if we can help with any other planning details!
