I'll be visiting in November and staying at the Saratoga Springs Resort. Are any yoga classes offered on site? If not at my resort, at any of the others? I'm getting conflicting information from various sources. Thanks!!

    Hi Mary!

November is a wonderful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a great choice for fitness enthusiasts. Senses Spa at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort is a full service spa offering massages, facials and more. Spa services include use of the whirlpool and steam room for the ultimate in relaxation. You’ll also find a fitness center offering work-out machines, free weights and strength-training equipment.

Currently, classes are not offered at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, or any of the other Walt Disney World Resort hotels. There are classes offered at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. This may be where some confusion came in. Even though they are on Walt Disney World property, and receive many of the benefits of Walt Disney World Resort hotels, they are currently owned and operated by Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Their classes are complimentary for Guests of those resorts. While I cannot find any official information that states Guests of other hotels may take the classes, you may want to call during your stay to see if you can be accommodated.

I hope this helps you as you plan your vacation, Mary! Please let us know if there are any additional questions we can help you with, we are here to help.

Wishing you an unforgettable and magical Walt Disney World Vacation!
