Hi Susana, and welcome back to planDisney. I'm so excited that you’re going to be at the Happiest Place on Earth during my favorite time of the year—the holiday season! Now let’s talk about what you need for November.
Dapper Day is an unofficial event where some guests gather at Disneyland wearing vintage-inspired dresses and suits. Even if you don't participate, it’s so much fun to see everyone’s creative outfits! Dapper Day isn’t run by Disneyland and nothing additional is needed to enter the theme parks that day, just a regular
theme park ticket and
park reservation.
You’ll be at Disneyland Resort at an extra magical time of the year since the holiday festivities begin on November 14th, just in time for your visit! And it’s all included in your regular theme park ticket. At Disneyland Park, this includes special entertainment, like
A Christmas Fantasy Parade and the
“Believe…In Holiday Magic” Fireworks Spectacular. But my favorite part of the holidays is riding the attractions with seasonal overlays. I love hearing the mashup of “it’s a small world” and Christmas carols on
“it’s a small world” Holiday and seeing Jack Skellington takeover the happy haunts at
Haunted Mansion Holiday!
And over in Disney California Adventure, you can enjoy
Disney ¡Viva Navidad!, holiday overlays on attractions like
Mater’s Jingle Jamboree and
Luigi’s Joy to the Whirl, and
World of Color - Season of Light. Keep an eye on
Disney Parks Blog in the coming months for more details on spending the holiday season at Disneyland. In the meantime, you can check out
last year’s Foodie Guide to start getting excited.
I’m wishing you the most magical visit to Disneyland this November! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome at planDisney.
JoAnna
