Hi there, Zara! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
I’m thrilled to help you with your question because I love
BoardWalk Inn, the sparkling crown jewel of Crescent Lake. Not only does it have a fun theme and look beautiful, especially lit up at night, but its proximity to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT makes it great for park hopping.
I’m happy to report that there are multiple quick-service dining options at BoardWalk Inn. They include:
-
Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs-
BoardWalk Deli -
BoardWalk Pizza Window-
Carousel Coffee Whichever location you choose, it’s great to sit on the BoardWalk and enjoy your food with a view of the lake, watching the FriendShip Boats go by. In fact, I stopped by BoardWalk Deli and did this exact thing on a recent trip, and it was a great break before we headed out on our next Disney Parks adventure.
Now on to the second part of your question: directions. You have a few options for getting to BoardWalk Inn from All-Star Movies Resort, but they all begin with taking
a complimentary bus from your home resort to Hollywood Studios. You’ll be dropped off at the front of the park and can either walk or take the above-mentioned
FriendShip Boat water taxi to BoardWalk Inn.
Whatever option is most appealing to you, be sure to download the
My Disney Experience mobile app for step-by-step directions and travel times. Simply search your destination, tap “Get Directions,” and then enter your starting point. My Disney Experience will let you know each available transportation option, as well as estimated travel times (at the time I’m writing this, the app estimates it would be an 18-minute walk from Hollywood Studios to BoardWalk Inn, or a 40-minute water taxi ride, including estimated wait times).
Zara, I hope this information is helpful for your holiday planning. Don’t hesitate to come back to planDisney if you have more questions or are looking for recommendations. Our knowledgeable panelists are here to help!
Magical travels!
Matt
