Welcome Home, Deanna!
Thanks for dropping back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa is not only one of my favorite resorts, it is my home resort, and so it has a special place in my heart. My family loves eating quick-service meals at
Artist's Palette and spending time at
The Paddock Pool. My favorite thing about staying at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa is how quickly we can make the walk over to
Disney Springs to enjoy an incredible dinner, some family fun at the
NBA Experience at Disney Springs, or just load up on snacks and goodies from
Goofy’s Candy Company.
I recently stayed in the 1-Bedroom Villa in Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa and made good use of the washer and dryer. I like being able to repack our suitcases with clean clothes, making the return home a little less work.
A small bottle or box of single use laundry soap can be found in the 1-Bedroom Villa, with additional boxes available for purchase for around $1 per single use. You will want to double check the price upon arrival and prices are always subject to change. I have found it easier to bring my own detergent pods and dryer sheets, safely stored in a Ziploc bag or plastic container. That way I can do as many loads of laundry necessary during our stay. Along with the 12-cup standard drip coffee maker found in the villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, you will also find a few packs of both regular and decaffeinated coffee, as well as a small assortment of teas to get you started. I highly suggest you bring along some of your favorite coffee or teas if you feel that you will need more than what are provided during your stay.
I hope you have an absolutely magical vacation and incredible stay at my home away from home, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa.
