I'll be staying at Port Orleans French Quarter. What is the most convenient bldg. to the pool & bus stop(s)?

    Hi Karen,

You are going to LOVE Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and are going to feel immersed in this charming yet jazzy southern retreat!

Perhaps my favorite thing about this Resort hotel is its size. No matter where you're staying, you'll just be a short riverside or cobblestone-lined walk away from where you want to be. For the very closest building to the bus stop that isn't far from the pool, you'll want to request building four. If the pool is the more important of the two amenities, I'd suggest building five. It's not far from the bus stop, either, but is right next to the Mardi Gras-themed pool. Building five also offers some beautiful river view rooms, too, which are my favorite rooms at this Resort hotel. Keep in mind, though, that there are different booking categories based on the view your room will have. If you'd like a river view room, you'll want to make sure that you book that category of room. You may call (407) 939-1936 to make a room request for a specific building. Please keep in mind, though, that room requests are not guaranteed, so you may simply want to state that you'd like to be close to the pool or close to the bus stop for the greatest chance of having your wishes come true.

Did you know that Guests staying at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter may also enjoy all of the amenities at Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside? Between the two Resort hotels, there are SO MANY things to do! From painting classes to horse-drawn carriage rides to movies, campfires, refreshing pools, bike rentals, and more, there's no shortage of fun! Two must-do's, however, have to be seeing Yehaa Bob Jackson at River Roost Lounge and tasting some scrumptious Mickey-shaped Beignets at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory.

Thanks so much for bringing us another great question, Karen, and please feel free to keep them coming. We're always here and happy to help! I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
