Hi, I’ll be staying in deluxe stateroom on the Disney Adventure, and want to make decorations for the doors, but what are the position (centre of feature from foot and side of the door) and dimensions of the peephole, card reader, door handle + plate, lock

    Ahoy there, Nat!

Welcome aboard planDisney! Heading out to explore the Disney Adventure is going to be a truly magical experience, and adding some extra fun to your stateroom door is a fantastic way to kick off the adventure before you even step inside your room.

When it comes to your stateroom door, the dimensions are approximately 195 cm tall and 71 cm wide, with the stateroom number plaque measuring around 20.5 cm in diameter. The number plaque is centered on the door and positioned approximately 15.5 cm from the top of the door. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the exact measurements for the placement of the door handle, handle plate, lock, peephole, card reader, or other stateroom door features.

I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information they provide, but it never hurts to do a little internet treasure hunting. Many third-party businesses that create custom magnets, full-door decorations, fish extenders, and other cruise-themed décor often provide detailed door templates and measurements to help Guests design their creations. You may find the level of detail you're looking for through some of those resources.

One thing to keep in mind as you're planning your masterpiece is Disney's stateroom door decoration policy. Decorations must remain within the boundaries of your stateroom door and cannot extend onto the surrounding walls, ceiling, or hallway areas. The good news is that fish extenders may still be hung from the hook next to your stateroom door, making them a popular way to add a little extra pixie dust to your sailing.

I hope this helps as you put the finishing touches on your Disney Adventure door design! Whether your decorations are inspired by heroes, princesses, sea captains, or a certain mischievous blue alien (Stitch), I hope your stateroom door becomes a destination worthy of its own adventure map.

Sea ya real soon as the days grow longer and the countdowns grow shorter,
    Dustin
