Welcome aboard, Sharon! I love sailing with Disney Cruise Line anytime of the year, but for us folks up north, like you, getting away from all the cold and snowy weather in February is one of my favorite times for a warm getaway with Captain Mickey and his crew!
Disney Cruise Line's Rotational Dining is a great way for guests to enjoy all three of the main dining restaurants throughout their cruise. You'll be assigned a specific rotation and you'll go to those restaurants in order with the same dining servers meeting you at each restaurant each night! My kids have had some teary-eyed goodbyes the last morning, as we all have really gotten to know our dining servers and had so much fun with them each night throughout the cruise.
Guests will also be assigned a specific debarkation day breakfast time, dining in the same restaurant where you eat your dinner the last evening of the sailing. Those with the first dinner seating will eat breakfast about 6:45 that final morning. Those, like your family, with the second dinner seating will eat at 8:00. Times are always subject to change, but your servers will verify those details with you the night before.
Cabanas buffet will also be open for a quick breakfast that last morning too, if you prefer that option.
Debarkation usually begins around 7:30, starting with those guests who are carrying all of their own luggage off the ship, followed by other guests shortly thereafter. Don't worry about remembering it all. Your Personal Navigator and the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App will keep you on track with all the activities, events, and important details you'll need throughout your sailing.
I hope those details help as you continue planning your cruise, Sharon! Happy sailing!
